Sitemap plots can be purchased at three different scales - 1:500, 1:1250 & 1:2500 - so that your area of interest captures the property & surroundings you require. It is advisable to check which scale(s) is / are required for your submission.

1:500 Scale - offering 80 by 80 metres of ground coverage and often referred to as a 'block plan', this scale is excellent for showing individual properties clearly. This planning map may be too small to cover some larger properties

1:1250 Scale - offering 200 by 200 metres of ground coverage, this site location plan not only offers the same amount of detail as the 1:500 but also gives a good perspective of the property surroundings, particularly in urban areas.

1:2500 Scale - offering 400 by 400 metres of ground coverage, this site location plan again offers the same amount of detail as both the 1:500 and 1:1250 version but is excellent for providing a wider overview especially for larger properties and rural areas.
