Stock items
Ordnance Survey maps – OS Explorer and OS Landranger
All aqua3 maps are individually hand made for you the customer, so please allow 7 – 10 days for production and delivery.
We do not carry old editions or out of date stock so you are guaranteed only current up to date editions; unlike many other stores. So if we need to order stock for you please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery.
If a map is out of stock at Ordnance Survey we will advise
you of this by email and ask you to confirm whether you wish
to continue with your order or cancel it.
Compasses
Where the product is in stock, we
guarantee your order will be despatched within 7-10 days.
If a compass is temporarily out of stock your order will
be despatched as soon as the compass arrives in stock usually
within 10 days.
Non – stock items
Non – stock items are ordered from each publisher or
supplier on a weekly basis.
The delivery times indicated below are the time it normally
takes us to obtain these items from the publisher or supplier.
Overseas maps - order dispatched within 14 days
AA books - order dispatched within 14 days
If any of the above items are out of stock with the publisher
or supplier and we are unable to deliver within the timescale
indicated we will advise you of this by email and ask you
to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order or
cancel it.
